Colleen Parker is a mixed media artist who particularly loves working with watercolours and ink. The main inspiration behind her work is the beautiful flora and fauna that surrounds her home town of Crewe in Cheshire.

She states, “Having lived in Cheshire all my life I have come to appreciate that it isn't just home to me or the many other thousands of people who live here, it is also home to a vast array of plants and animals. Throughout the years of exploring this remarkable land and having observed glimpses of the wildlife that reside within it, it is no surprise that I have been inspired greatly by the beauty of the Cheshire countryside through my work as an artist.”
