When Spanish fashion label KOLONAKI introduced themselves to Whim and emailed some photographs from their most recent lookbook, it was love at first sight!
The website states: "Many of our dresses come by CHANCE, inspiration on a walk, a song, a picture, a story, our way of seeing life. Very feminine designs with a vintage touch, seemingly simple lines but hiding a great pattern and small details that make each piece a special piece."
KOLONAKI was created by designers Paloma and Teresa three years ago, and since then it has grown to not only have its own online shop, but to also to acquire a strong following of fans from all around the world.
The designers state, "We are dedicated mainly to designing dresses and, with time and demand of our clients, we have focused more on the design of dresses for special occasions, as we believe that there are not many options in the market today that stand out for their quality and affordable price."
KOLONAKI is described as "a philosophy, a lifestyle, a project full of enthusiasm, passion for detail and dedication," and looking through the garments available online, it is evident that KOLONAKI has certainly achieved its goals to create affordable yet extremely stylish garments for women.
