Turkish photographer Ekin Can Bayrakdar truly shows his world through his lens. As a fine arts student at Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Ekin has developed an eye for producing stunning portraits and fashion photography. His images are raw, contemporary and bold, manipulating ordinary scenes into magical moments.
This 23-year-old channels his creative, imaginative mind into his photography, striving to generate works that portray the spirit and personality of his subjects. Ekin’s musical background is also blended beautifully into his images, with his gallery clearly drawing upon modern and urban influences.
What inspires us most about Ekin’s photography is it’s playful energy, never taking itself too seriously while still having the ability to capture absolutely spectacular stills. With a youthful, carefree sense of fun, these images perfectly depict what it means to be naïve and blissfully reckless.
