Dress by Oh Deer Boutique

Hello everyone!
I was very happy to take part in 'The Wandering Dress' - a collaboration by Oh Deer Boutique, and here are the results from yesterdays shoot! It is amazing to realise that this pretty peach and white polka-dots dress has travelled all around Australia, as well as the fact that it has been captured by some very impressive photographers. The style of this dress (as well as all of Oh Deer Boutique's vintage garments) is very easy to wear, and I can't help but notice that it seems to fit each and every girl who has worn it perfectly - you only need to view the other incredible Wandering Dress collaboration photographs to see that! (Perhaps it's like the pair of jeans from 'The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants'..)
I had lots of fun twirling around in the dress, picking flowers and standing by the water's shore, and I hope you enjoy these images that we have chosen to feature from the shoot. It was quite a hot day so an ice cream break was definitely in order, even though I had to be super careful not to spill any ice cream on the dress!
I'd like to thank Rose from Oh Deer Boutique for having Whim be a part of this wonderful collaboration, and a big thank you also to Jack for his fantastic work capturing these images.
I encourage you to view the other entries from the collaboration here, and to 'like' the Oh Deer Boutique Facebook page so that you can keep updated with the entire project, as well as the pretty new additions to the online shop.
Hope you have a great weekend!
Best wishes,
Melanie (Founder / Editor)
