Inspired by the golden sands of Australia, this stunning photoshoot by Chantelle Matches combines two of our most favourite colour palettes - metallic and pastels. Chantelle is a talented, young photographer based in Brisbane, Queensland, whose work focuses on fashion and beauty. Chantelle's work has been featured in publications such as the Tamborine Times and YOLO magazine, so we are very pleased to showcase one of her latest shoots today on the Whim blog.
Chantelle explains the story behind '24 Karat', stating: "We made sure we had some fun on the shoot by incorporating balloons and flowers. Ashlee had seen pictures of the dress and wanted to use it, it just was a coincidence that Samantha was the one wearing the dress both times. We opted for a pastel theme with a gold splash, to compliment both Samantha and the dress."
