There is something beautiful about youth. Its charming naivety sees no boundaries, only challenges; no fear, only reckless courage. Capturing the essence of these blissful years of one’s life can be a struggle, but photographer Barbi Munoz is doing an amazing job of tackling this task.

Working out of Santiago, Chile, Barbi has spent the last two years trying out techniques to make her subjects sparkle and shine. When she’s not studying journalism, you can find her shooting away in some truly whimsical locations.

Today on the Whim blog we are proud to be featuring some of the wonderful shots from Barbi’s shoot ‘Teenage Bloom’. Staring her stunning sister Carla and friend Camila, these girls have proved to be an unstoppable team, creating a collection of images that we just adore.
