‘Not your typical Disney Princess’ introduces us to an intoxicating fantasy of a magical beauty, who is pictured in a moody dark forest on her gallant black horse.  Interplay between human and animal is boundless; their connection is so natural, yet so mystical, almost as though the horse might at any point whisper into the model's ear.

It’s dark and evokes a sense of depth, for nature perhaps. However you might interpret the images, they invite you to dream, to question, and to surrender to the supernatural.

Juan is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, however he completed his photography qualifications in Venezuela. He expresses his love for photography and says that he focuses on details to ensure his creations are always unique. Specialising in beauty, portrait and fashion photography, his work has been featured in international publications and the media.
