We were drawn in by the intriguing title, to say the least. Then the photos guided our curiosity, like filling the pages of a colourful and blossoming narrative.

Melbourne-based photographer Kalindy Anne Williams so delicately expresses a girl wandering in the paddock and through the woods, all the while holding her book. The feminine dresses and other clothing, all by Altered States, are adorned with patterns of flowers as well as warm reds and striking blues. It’s hard to take your eyes off the gorgeous model, Courtney, who holds our gaze with her captivating expression.

We can tell that Kalindy’s love of art and fairy tales are weaved into every form of artistic expression. It’s no surprise that she’s been featured in many magazines such as Vogue Italia and LadyGunn.
