Featured Etsy Store: Anna Skoblikova
Regardless of whether they’ve wanted to marry anyone, it’s hard to find a lady who hasn’t – even for just a second – fantasized about their dream wedding dress.
Finding the right one can often be an intensely personal affair – we’ve found it hard to look past Tel Aviv-based designer Anna Skoblikova’s unique, intricate work.
Featuring creams, dusky blue and silver tones, Anna’s work pays painstaking attention to detail close up (lace, buttons – an eye-catching back) as well as casting unforgettable silhouettes.
She’s showcased her latest set of bridal and bridesmaids’ dresses in an open-air shoot to show off the rich, beautiful fabrics and the transformation of the dresses through movement.
This collection features a variety of styles, revealing the versatility of Anna’s work – a flowy, Grecian-styled gown, a flawless embroidered bodice with a tulle skirt, a long, delicate train contrasting a more playful floral overlay. Looking at these creations makes us want to get married right now, partnered or not!
“We create our wedding dresses thinking of (an) equally unique bride. She is free, feminine and ready to mix hard and soft in her personal style," Anna Skoblikova writes in her Etsy bio.
Each gown is handmade and hand-stitched, using high-quality materials and often paving the way for new, beautiful looks by experimenting with unusual fabrics.
