We Chat to Daniella from Naturae Design About Her New 'Beneath the Stars' Collection

Q: Congratulations on your stunning new collection, 'Beneath The Stars'! Please tell us about the main inspiration behind these designs?

A: I have been inspired by everything celestial. For the campaign shoot I was searching for a place that feels like you are walking on the moon. This is why I have chosen for a location high up in the Swiss Alps where there are no trees to be found.

Q: Do you have a specific girl in mind when you design your pieces? If so, how would you describe the Naturae Design girl?

A: The Beneath The Stars collection is for the woman who is inspired by an otherworldly realm and attracted by the mystery of the velvet night sky. A love unfolding beneath the stars. Filled with celestial inspired pieces with Moonstones, silver quartz, crescent moons with pave diamonds and handmade stars. Cosmically inspired sequined veils subtly glistening like starlight creating a miniature galaxy around you. Dramatically draped airy silken tulle veils hand cut and dyed in the studio.

Q: When did you first become interested in designing hairpieces and jewellery? What motivated you to do so?

A: I have been always been inspired by nature and when I first came in contact with hairpiece design in 2015 I was in love with the thought of wearing a hairpiece with flowers and leaves.

Q: What advice would you give to those wanting to follow a similar path in jewellery and hairpiece design?

A: The advice I would give a starting artist is to dare to dream and create a unique style.
