Photoshoot: 'Wildflower Dreams' by Kate Bean Photography

Ireland-based photographer Kate Bean has shot and styled 'Wildflower Dreams' – a positively angelic bridal shoot lush with wildflowers and natural light.

We couldn’t be more in love with folksy, 70s-style bridal looks here at Whim, so we are very excited to feature this charming photoshoot featuring two very special wedding dresses with a local flavour. The open back dress is by Irish designer Celtic Fusion Design, and the 70s Cape Dress by Skibbereen vintage shop Liberty and Jasmine. We love the way Kate has worked with her beautiful model Emily to show off the full potential of a cape dress!

With its stunning field-side setting, and the ornate, ethereal addition of a Bumblebee Flower Farm headpiece, this shoot conjures up the feeling of a chance encounter with a sprite or fairy-folk.

Kate Bean is based in West Cork, Ireland, and is a wedding, portrait and fashion photographer, as well as the brains behind Wildflower Weddings and Little Bean. For more of her wonderful work, visit her website, like her on Facebook, or follow her on Instagram @katebeanphotography_com.
