Floaty Dresses, Sequins, and Signature Pieces: We Take a Look at GapKids’ Latest Collection
There’s no doubt you’ve heard of GAP’s menswear and womenswear, but did you know the American brand also has its very own children’s line, GapKids?
Developed in 1969, the fashion line is synonymous with well-made wardrobe essentials whilst focusing on sustainability. Not only do they concentrate on minimising water wastage within their production processes, but they also place an emphasis on sourcing more sustainable fibres for their garments, like organic cotton.
While GAP products were once hard to source here in Australia, homegrown retailers such as The Iconic make sourcing their much-loved products as easy as the click of a button. Their latest offering of GAP kids clothes certainly don’t disappoint, with products such as floaty dresses, sequin-clad jumpers, and signature pieces (like this faux leather jacket) starting from just $16.95. Who said style had to break your budget?
Whilst we’ve focused on our favourite feminine styles in this post, boys don’t have to miss out either, as the collection also boasts a DC Comics clothing range, polo shirts, and hooded Henleys – all of which are perfect for after school antics and weekend exploration.
Of the GapKids collection, The Iconic website explains: “All of their garments are crafted with durability and growth in mind, with versatile colours and styles to inspire and fulfill the imagination of any child.”
If you have a child aged 6 – 16, or are just interested in checking out more of the GapKids collection, head over to The Iconic website. Enjoy!
