Featured Photographer: Federica Santolamazza
Twenty-year-old Italian photographer Federica Santolamazza truly uses her images to tell a story. Based in Rome, this artist creates photographs that are thought-provoking and evocative, aiming to generate an emotional response from the viewer. Through her images, Federica explores her own sense of self and personal identity as seen in her beautiful and highly intimate photographs.
In her own words, Federica states “They [her photographs] are my refuge, my happiness. Through my photos I want to tell you who I am. I hope you enjoy my passion.” These gripping, sensitive portraits utilise a variety of light levels and exposure techniques to depict scenes that are alluring and highly captivating.
