Featured Photoshoot: 'The Secret Life of Daydreams' by Krista Lajara / KLP Studios
As this post is being written, the sun is slowly setting and covering everything in a dreamy, orange glow. With this in mind, this evening's featured photoshoot seems very fitting, with talented photographer Krista Lajara also having captured this ethereal light in her shoot 'The Secret Life of Daydreams'.
Krista Lajara is currently based in New York City, however she explains: "I consider myself a bit of a tumbleweed, I've lived in dozens of cities all over the United States. I was born in Oregon, lived in Montana, Washington, West Virginia, and Florida."
The young photographer lists her creative influences as Emily Soto, Lara Jade, Sue Bryce, and Julia Trotti, and one can certainly liken her photography to the famous and well-loved work of those mentioned. Even just looking at today's featured photoshoot, whimsical elements such as hazy light, floral adornments, and dreamy expressions are all evident, making this photoshoot one to be truly admired.
Krista states: "I have a passion for beautiful photography, especially dreamy fashion portraits, which I consider to be my specialty...My photography journey has taken me to some really incredible places over the past three years and I have been able to connect with some extremely talented people. I can't wait to see where my journey takes me next!"
