Today we escape to an ethereal and dreamy woodland, thanks to this beautiful photoshoot by the talented Nuvea Santos Cobb of Nuvea Photography. When Nuvea isn't capturing idyllic scenes such as those featured above, then she is usually busy with private clients for family, maternity, pets, and equine photography sessions.

The photographer explains: "It's usually really hot and sunny in Southern California, but on this particular day it was misty and overcast and it inspired me to shoot a moody, fairy-tale story in the woodland hills."

Nuvea lives with her husband, four horses, three dogs and one cat. You can find the creative soul splitting her time between the desert and the sea, as well as restoring the little stone house and olive farm in Portugal that she and her husband own.
