With a dreamy and delicate look, Steven Kowalski’s female characters are absolutely enchanting. We are delighted to introduce you to his stunning work by having him as one of our featured photographers!

This talented Chicago-based self-taught photographer and digital retoucher specializes in creating characters not of this world. After graduating from NYU in 2006 and since the beginning of his photographic journey, Steven’s work has been featured in various publications across the world, including MTV, Huffington Post, Glamour, AOL Canada, 500 px and My Modern Met, among many others.

When referring to his personal style, Steven states: “I make things impossibly beautiful”, and we can’t help but agree! These photographs display lovely floral accessories and elegantly feminine models. The natural beauty captured by Steven is further enhanced by his editing style, with gorgeous colours that create a vintage feel we absolutely love. His use of retouching tools also helps communicate his stories and concepts, guiding the audience through the picture and emphasizing the aspects he wishes to stand out.
