This dreamy bridal photoshoot by La Candella Weddings was inspired by fairytales. Featuring an evil Queen and a virtuous Princess, this series is not only stunning, but it also has an intriguing storyline.

Angie Candell Brandon is the talented photographer behind La Candella Weddings, and she sheds some more light on today's shoot:

"I'm in love with anything fairytale-like, and wanted to combine some of my favorite fairytales, but change the storyline a little. The whole idea behind this shoot, is a fairytale wedding, where the evil queen comes and stirs things up a bit. She wants to marry the prince, so she tricks the princess by cursing her perfume, which in turn, causes her to trust the queen, who then takes her place."

We also have an inspiring interview with Angie below where we talk to her about her photography career, experience capturing today's photoshoot, and her hopes for the future. Enjoy!

Q: When did your love of photography first blossom?

A: I've loved photography ever since I was in elementary school. Seriously, I would take 4 or 5 throw away cameras to camp with me for a week of summer camp, haha. But even before that, I had a love for drawing and art at a very young age. My mom was always working on drawings/paintings/crafts/music/etc, so I was always encouraged to try new things in the arts.

Q: When it comes to your photography, what inspires your creativity the most?

A: I really, really love fairytales. Trying to challenge myself to do something more epic than what I've done before really helps me to push myself creatively.

Q: Please tell us about the experience you had capturing this stunning series?

A: It was 100 degrees that day, so I'm so, so grateful for everyone involved and what they had to endure because of the crazy heat. On top of that, we were using the property of the house that my husband and I weren't quite moved into yet, so that was fun, haha. But other than that, I was beyond thrilled with the group of talented artists/designers/vendors involved.

Q: What does an average day in the life of Angie look like?

A: There is no average day. I do this full-time, so every day, I work 12-14 hours, which can include anything from planning photoshoots, contacting vendors, retouching photos, going to the post office to mail back dresses/accessories, meeting clients, drinking wayyyyy too much coffee, attending to the wants of my needy dog, networking with other people in the wedding industry, blogging, marketing, oh, and actually taking photos. On the rare occasion that I have some down-time, I'm either at the gym, going to an antique store with my husband, at a coffee shop, or re-upholstering old furniture. :)

Q: What do you hope to achieve with your photography career in the not-too-distant future; Do you have any upcoming, exciting plans that you would like to share with us?

A: I photograph a few bridal lookbooks a year for bridal designers already (on top of the weddings and styled shoots I already do), but I'd really love to make it a full-time thing, where I get flown to different locations to photograph some of the big names in the wedding industry. (To name a few, I'd LOVE to work with Claire Pettibone, Sareh Nouri and Jannie Baltzer)
