Spell & the Gypsy Collective's New 'Lolita' Festival '17 Lookbook is a Bohemian Dream

'Lolita' is the latest collection and lookbook to drop at Spell & The Gypsy Collective and it's filled with festival-inspired fashion you're going to LOVE.

From flowing, long dresses with bell-sleeves, to band tees, denim jackets, high-rise jeans, and everything else in-between - this lookbook from the Byron Bay-based label is the stuff of our 70's-inspired dreams.

This modern bohemian fashion brand is run by two very talented sisters, Isabella and Elizabeth. We love a feel-good label too, so are pleased to also share that all garments are proudly designed and sampled in the Arts & Industry Estate of Byron Bay, and produced ethically in factories around the world.

When it comes to the motivation behind beginning their very own label, the website explains: "The sisters’ designs allude to the dreams of their Latvian grandparents who fled war-torn Europe bound for America, but for a twist of fate ended up in a dusty refugee camp in Australia; to their hippie parents, a leather craftsman and potter, who in the 1970s hopped from town to town following their own wild dreams. Most of all, Spell’s flowing, feminine dresses, love of turquoise, florals and age-old-lace, whisper to the sisters’ own childhood. Spell taps into that sense of nostalgia, beauty and freedom that so compliments the female spirit. The vibrant, expressive part of you that emerges on vacation, or mid-strut at a festival, Spell brings that spirit to life, wherever you are."

This post is an image-heavy one (we couldn't resist showcasing as many images from this lookbook as possible!), but by the end of this scroll-fest, you're sure to feel as awe-inspired as we are by this bohemian collection.

Which pieces are your favourites? We encourage you to find out more about this wonderful label by visiting the Spell & The Gypsy Collective website, Facebook page, or Instagram (@spell_byronbay). Enjoy!
